A special mooncake festival of year 2017. The very first time I tried an ice-cream mooncake. It is a gift from my project manager. And of course, if my work is not completed, I did not get to eat. 😋 

A new experience to try out ice-cream mooncake. It is a mango flavor ice-cream coated with a layer of white chocolate at the outer layer. This ice-cream mooncake is as sweet as the traditional mooncake though.
