This is one of my favorite "curry mee" in Penang. The coconut milk soup is so aromatic and the chili paste is thick and rich. When mix together, the soup becomes savory.
One of the special ingredient added into the "curry mee" is the braise pork. Although the outlook of the braise pork is not inviting, dark in colour, but it taste really good and making this "curry mee" unique.
